Responsible for Kids and Baby styling for all marketing vehicles and product photography. Vehicles include windows, online, email, in-store signage, press book, TV and social media placements. Collaborates with Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative teams to create key looks for the season that represent the Old Navy aesthetic.  Communicates cross-functionally with freelance and full-time staff regarding styling direction and owns in-studio and location on-set styling. Monthly presentations to all levels of the organization, including VP’s and cross-functional teams, of looks to support all marketing messages. Owns scheduling and booking freelance styling resources for all projects. Responsible for social media styling for all divisions from presentation to on-set styling.

Partner with freelance stylists to style out all marketing messages for Old Navy Online.  Ensure necessary samples are available for all on figure and lay down needs and that looks pulled reflect the brand aesthetic.  Attends photo shoots and partners with on-set stylist and art director during fittings to make sure product is represented accurately.

Responsible for all merchandising and displays in flagship building.  Lead team of 3 Visual Supervisors and 16 Visual Merchandisers in the planning and placement of merchandise based on company direction, inventory levels, and sales. Creates, executes, and maintains mannequins and other visual displays.  Partners with Flagship Visual Manager, Store Director, District Manager, Regional Visual Manager, Zone Visual Director, and Creative Services team on key merchandising and display presentations each season.  Leads the store set process and adapts merchandise presentation to suit flagship building layout while staying true to company vision.
